BASICS
• This is the most recent terms of service agreement as of July 2023
• If you are finding it hard to adhere to our terms of service or privacy policy then please refrain from accepting any of our agreement.
• By placing an order with FamoidMe, this indicates that you are giving permission to FamoidMe for sending you order details, and promotional emails including coupon codes and newsletters.
SERVICE
• We do not send notifications to notify people when any change is made to our terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of each client to always be updated on the terms and conditions.
• Part of our agreement while patronizing us is agreeing to the fact that you know exactly what you are buying. This is a precaution because we do not want any client filing a fraudulent dispute via the payment processor.
• If you attempt to file a dispute against us, we have the right to delete the services we rendered. The likes, comments, and followers can be deleted.
REGISTRATION
You agree that at the time of purchasing our service, you are at least u0 to 13 years of age.
• The only way we can help you is if you adhere to the rules laid out on each of these social media platforms. You also have to go through their terms of service before purchasing our service. This will help you understand better, while we do what we do. Remember, each social media platform comes with different terms of service.
• As soon as you have booked an order with us, and we have your order processing, you cannot go and purchase the same service from a different website. There could be consequences due to conflicts like this. For instance, loss of followers. We will not be responsible for this, we will also not be refunding for your mistake.
FOLLOWERS TRANSFER
• FamoidMe has no affiliation with social media networks like Instagram, Facebook, or any other third-party mediums.
• The rules set on Instagram and other social media platforms should be completely adhered to. Using FamoidMe is at your own risk. You have a responsibility to uphold those platforms, you have to comply.
• Whatever consequence you face while using FamoidMe is not on us. We are not to be blamed if your Instagram account gets banned.
• We are going to need your Instagram username to get the information needed for true Instagram API. Your Instagram username is totally safe with us. We do not share or even give away your username to any third parties.
• Keep in mind that the expected number of followers, likes and views is not guaranteed at all.
• Also, we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruption or error-free operability of the services.
• It is also important that you know to leave your account(Instagram) set to public while using any of our services. If any downtown issue comes up while your account is left private, we will not reimburse you for that loss.
• The service we provide is sort of invisible. You can only see the results after we have done the work or while we are doing the work. We only provide boosts for personal use only.

• We have the right to change, withhold, or take back the whole or any part of our service without notifying the client. We can do this without any risk of liability on our part.
• As soon as your order has been delivered, you are not allowed to remove any of the followers, or even transfer the followers to your other accounts.
• All purchases are final and only used for one account. However, if your order hasn’t been fully delivered, and is still tagged as partially delivered, then you can transfer the remaining followers to another account.
